Welcome to our Mexican restaurant, an authentic journey through the gastronomy and culture of Mexico in Dublin. Over the last 8 years, we have been a vibrant part of the city's culinary scene, evolving from a modest corner in Temple Bar to becoming a landmark for Mexican food lovers in different locations. Our legacy began in the heart of Temple Bar, where with just 6 seats and a traditional Mexican taqueria atmosphere, we took our first steps. Here, the taquero together with the shepherd's trompo created authentic tacos that captivated palates for 3 years. We then expanded to Mountjoy Square, a space that has witnessed our evolution. With capacity for 110 people, we offer an immersive experience with a Mexican decoration that transports Mexico in a palpable way: from La Catrina to the representation of Xochimilco in our trajinera. During these 5 years, we have grown, diversifying our menu and offering a range of typical Mexican drinks.
Our Service
If you decide to go with one of our packages, you'll find a variety of delicious dishes to choose from, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, all tailored to suit your group's tastes and preferences. However, if you prefer not to opt for one of our packages, please note that we have a standard 13% service charge that will be added to your bill. This service charge helps us maintain the high-quality service you expect from EL GRITO.
